About

Emma Dessau is a video producer and editor based in Brooklyn, NY. She is a co-founder of That's Us Productions, and was the Media Director for Justice Democrats, an editor on Elizabeth Warren's campaign for president and has worked as an assistant and associate editor on several feature documentary projects. Emma taught editing on Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere at The Edit Center in Brooklyn, NY and was Senior Digital Producer at PBS documentary series, POV, where she produced new storytelling initiatives and Webby and Emmy nominated non-fiction projects. She's presented her work and spoken on panels at conferences and festivals including IDFA, DOCNYC, DocsBarcelona, Allied Media Conference and the Brooklyn Film Festival.
