Alban Bailly is a versatile musician who thrives at the crossroads of structure and the unknown. With a diverse background spanning various genres, he blends the worlds of acoustic and technology to create harmonious and exciting compositions and improvisations.
Alban's approach to his craft is characterized by non-conventional precision, often favoring a minimalist aesthetic. Originally from France, Alban's musical journey has taken him across Europe, Asia and the Americas, where he has scored films & dance choreographies, and performed extensively with original bands, dance ensembles, theater acts, and improvisation groups.
He currently resides in Philadelphia where he works as a composer, sound designer, and guest teaching artist.
