El Instituto Mexicano de Cinematografía (IMCINE) es el organismo público descentralizado que impulsa el desarrollo del cine nacional. A través del IMCINE, el Estado mexicano fomenta el desarrollo de las personas y comunidades dedicadas al cine en todo el país con el fin de que estos realicen sus obras y éstas sean puestas al alcance de sus públicos a nivel nacional e internacional.
The Instituto Mexicano de Cinematografía (IMCINE) is the decentralized public organization that promotes the development of national cinema. Through IMCINE, the Mexican State promotes the development of individuals and communities dedicated to filmmaking throughout the country so that they can create their films and make them available to their audiences nationally and internationally.
