Vesta is a native Angeleno with years of experience in nonfiction and narrative storytelling, spanning both new and traditional media. She has worked at places like Vice, Munchies, Eater, Vox, Mic, NPR, Netflix & Dreamworks Animation, and with clients like the Olympics, Geico, Starz & Adidas. She directed an international docuseries with Lucas Peterson and her work has been nominated for a NY Emmy award. Vesta recently joined the LA Times to direct, shoot, and edit a docuseries exploring the many cuisines and communities of Los Angeles.

The Video Consortium is a global nonprofit media organization that supports the world’s nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists to tell bold stories that change the world.
