About

Andrew Oppeneer is a Brooklyn-based director, editor, and photographer interested in music, cinema, and documentary. From 2014-2011, he worked at Genius, a music+lyrics start-up. He became the Creative Director for the video team in 2017 and oversaw the concepting and development of a range of video series on musicians and their creative process.

The Video Consortium is a global nonprofit media organization that supports the world’s nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists to tell bold stories that change the world.
