Lili Dekker is a documentary filmmaker based in New York City. Awarded grants from New York University, she is currently completing a documentary film about her grandparents and their experience with Alzheimer’s disease. Lili has worked at Magnum Photos, the New Museum and PBS's POV and currently holds a full-time position with Kunhardt Films at HBO Documentary. She is a graduate of NYU's Gallatin School of Individualized Study, where she concentrated in Documentary Media Theory and Practice and minored in German.
