Joey has been producing non-fiction media for the past seven years in a diverse range of roles. He was an associate producer at Ark Media on the PBS series, Finding Your Roots, founded his own creative studio on the LES in NYC, produced banded documentaries for Hover pictures, and creates his own short films on interesting people. He is also a multi-instrumentalist and composes music for film and performance.

The Video Consortium is a global nonprofit media organization that supports the world’s nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists to tell bold stories that change the world.
