Yasmeen Qureshi is a Peabody award-winning executive producer and director who has been creating impactful content for over 15 years. She is passionate about stories that break through the partisan divide and loves collaborating with local journalists.

Yasmeen has overseen and produced documentaries and news magazine segments for many leading networks including USA TODAY, PBS, Yahoo News, and Al Jazeera English. Her work covers diverse topics including race, justice, politics, culture, and women's issues. Most recently, she was the executive producer of States of America, a USA TODAY documentary series for streaming that explored the stories and perspectives of Americans across the country in partnership with local newsrooms and reporters. Her work won a 2024 Peabody Award, and a 2023 Edward R. Murrow Award for best news documentary. She is a graduate of the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism.
