About

Sarah is a French and Danish award-winning journalist based in New York. She produces, shoots and edits videos, TV segments, and documentaries. Sarah started her career in Lebanon in 2016 before reporting for Cape Times in South Africa in 2017. The following year, Sarah ventured into the world of documentary filmmaking in India before becoming a video journalist for the French newspaper Le Parisien, where she covered local and international news events from the Covid-19 pandemic to climate change in the Arctic. Sarah moved to the US in 2020. After two years at the Financial Times, she is now a freelance reporter collaborating with production companies and contributing to international news outlets such as BBC, France 24 and L'Echo. In 2023, Sarah was awarded a grant from the European Journalism Centre to cover mental health in Lebanon after the Beirut port explosion. She is also a recipient of the Pascale Gerin Prize and a proud member of LeadHers. Sarah graduated from Sciences Po Paris and New York University.
