Nikita Mandhani is a Senior Video Producer with the BBC. She is currently based in New Delhi, India. She is also the writer of the Video Consortium's In Sync column that's focused on innovation in non-fiction video. Before joining the BBC, Nikita worked as a video editor with the Emerging News Products team at the Washington Post in Washington D.C. Nikita has experience filming, editing and producing a wide variety of digital and social videos. She is passionate about stories that focus on migration, gender and identity. Nikita has reported from the United States, East Africa, Europe and South and South East Asia.
