Monica Racic is an Emmy Award-winning producer based in New York City. She is currently the Digital Director of The New Yorker, and previously led the magazine’s first interactives department, a cross-functional team that uses visuals, reporting, and technology to develop immersive stories. Her multimedia collaborations have been recognized by the Edward R. Murrow Awards, the American Society of Magazine Editors, the Webbys, SXSW, and the Online Journalism Awards for innovation in visual storytelling.

The Video Consortium is a global nonprofit media organization that supports the world’s nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists to tell bold stories that change the world.
