Leah Galant is a documentary filmmaker specializing in directing and producing. She was named one of Variety’s "110 Students to Watch in Film and Media" for The Provider (SXSW 2016). She was a Sundance Ignite Fellow and fellow at Jacob Burns Film Center where she created Death Metal Grandma (NY Times Op-doc/Cannes AMP Showcase). She is currently a Film Independent Documentary Fellow and directing a feature film in production about the last abortion clinic on the US/ Mexico border.
