About

Gustavo is an independent filmmaker with more than 15 years of experience directing documentary films. He graduated in Performing Arts from Paul Vallery University in France and now resides in Mindo, an important and colourfull bird sanctuary of Ecuador. His work focuses on showcasing the biodiversity and cultures of his country through innovative audiovisual narratives. He was video coordinator for the Ecuadorian Seed Savers Network for 5 years, in which he directed the award-winning documentary series Tarpuna, featuring the Network's seed savers and organic farmers throughout Ecuador. Some of his work is currently featured on popular streaming sites such as Gaia.tv and Inti.tv.
