About

Emily is a documentary filmmaker, cinematographer and producer based in Baltimore, MD. From dismal medical treatment in Palestine to the experiences of Gen Z with climate change, she's drawn to people-first stories that illuminate greater systemic issues and unseen perspectives. Her films have screened at national film festivals such SF Film, Hot Springs, and Big Sky. Her work has appeared in Netflix, PBS, Frontline, The New Yorker VICE, and CBS. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism's Documentary Program. She is currently developing her first feature documentary.
