About

Graduated from the degree in Film Direction (National School of Film Arts - UNAM) and Interactive Media (UDEM). Adán Ruiz is co-director of the Mexican chapter of The Video Consortium. He also collaborates as an adviser and programmer in different national film festivals. As a filmmaker, he has worked as a director, producer, editor and cinematographer in various films and his work has been featured in different forums, galleries, museums and film festivals worldwide, winning different international awards.

The Video Consortium is a global nonprofit media organization that supports the world’s nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists to tell bold stories that change the world.
