Zach Toombs is a D.C.-based documentary producer with experience across a wide range of documentary and explainer video projects. He's now working with a founding team to launch Evident, a nonprofit newsroom to produce documentary journalism for the public good. Before Evident, he supervised documentaries at Scripps, where he led a team of producers, DPs, editors, and animators to create documentary projects. Zach is originally from central Texas and graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
