Natalie Eakin is a Guatemalan - US American filmmaker who produces stories about identity and social justice with an experimental touch and appreciation of magical-realism. Her projects span across the worlds of TV, features, shorts, VR experiences, and series. They have played at Sundance, Slamdance, Outfest, Frameline, Rooftop Films, and more. She is an alumna of the 2018 Independent Filmmakers Project Post Production Narrative Labs and 2018 Tribeca Chanel’s Through Her Lens program. In 2019 she began developing her own projects as a writer-director and in 2020 joined the team at Culture House Media where she works on series and branded projects from development through delivery. Natalie is also an animal rights activist, cat rescuer, and practices Hapkido.
