About

Meredith Lawrence is an Assistant Editor for documentaries and unscripted TV. Most recently, she's been working with Paramount as the Lead Assistant Editor on the past six seasons of "Wild N' Out," as well as "MTV Unplugged" and the VMAs. Her heart is in documentary filmmaking, and she was the Assistant Editor for feature documentaries "So Sick" and "Rocky Flats." She also previously worked as a shooter/editor for Business Insider Today, the top daily news show on Facebook Watch, and interned with NBC Left Field and WGBH. She received a MA in News and Documentary Journalism from New York University and a BS in Film and Television from Boston University. As her Master's thesis, she produced, shot, and edited a 30-minute documentary exploring Armenian culture and history through family recipes. The topics that she is most passionate about include education, culture, food, the environment, and music.
