Lucy Sexton is an Emmy-winning documentary filmmaker who works in field, post and development for features, series and recently her first short which premiered at Tribeca, 2024. Works are distributed by HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Frontline, PBS, and CNN. Prior to, and in addition to, her documentary work, she has worked as a journalist and investigative researcher across five continents, especially in Southeast Asia. In that time, she also earned her masters in International Security and Intelligence Studies in Korea. This background heavily informs the investigative, deep-dive nature of her past documentary work.
