Kelly is a artist who's work is centered around social justice issues and mental health. She pulls from her own experience to help illuminate stories that need to be told. Currently, she is producing and co-directing a short documentary that is in post production. The documentary is centered around a group of refugee women seeking asylum, who have found their way to a small greek island named Samos. Most of the documentary takes place within the walls of the women center, a center Kelly helped build, shape and create from the ground up with her Mother. The center is a safe space from women all over to world to connect, learn, grow and feel safe as we all walk forward together hand in hand as one.
