Fernanda is an award-winning news producer and documentary filmmaker who has covered US and Latin American politics for over a decade. She has a background in political science and journalism, extensive experience as an audiovisual producer, and a vast network of collaborators in Latin America and the Caribbean. In 2021, she premiered her first documentary film about Wimbledon and US Open winners Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah. She is currently developing a documentary project on torture centers in Venezuela. Fernanda is passionate about telling bold stories that challenge paradigms and has a keen interest in documenting and preserving topics related to collective memory.
