About

Vatsala Aron is an executive producer with a decade of work experience in India and Asia. Until 2021, she worked full-time as a Head of Production with Vice Media. Vatsala has worked with leading media companies and partners, including Amazon, Netflix, Discovery, Fox, Bacardi, Budweiser, Disney and more, across various subcultures: music, travel, lifestyle, true crime, comedy and children’s programming. Her recent work includes Indian Predator, a true crime docu-series on Netflix. Vatsala is now based in Toronto, Canada, and has completed a Master’s in Media Production at Toronto Metropolitan University in 2022.

The Video Consortium is a global nonprofit media organization that supports the world’s nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists to tell bold stories that change the world.
