Tyler Jones is a filmmaker and experience designer. He is a founding member of 1504, a narrative studio that explores the intersection of culture and community. 1504 has been featured by NPR, The Bitter Southerner, Rolling Stone, and the Southern Foodways Alliance. Its collaboration with the Equal Justice Initiative supported the creation of the Legacy Museum and Memorial, along with the Peabody Award-Winning film released by HBO, “True Justice.” In addition to leading the studio’s narrative strategy practice, Jones has directed site-specific experiences “The Holy Ghosts,” an audio journey at Hotel Peter & Paul in New Orleans, and “ALL IN,” an immersive storytelling exhibit in partnership with the Birmingham Education Foundation.

The Video Consortium is a global nonprofit media organization that supports the world’s nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists to tell bold stories that change the world.
